Multilayer paper bags

Pre-order

Structurally, a multilayer bag is a package with a rectangular (block) bottom. Several layers in the package are used in cases where one layer is not enough – the product that is packaged in a bag has too much weight for one layer of paper or very sharp edges that threaten to break through a fragile layer, or additional barrier properties of the package are needed to protect against the external environment and etc.
Bags can be made of two or three layers of paper, as well as with additional lamination (usually one of the layers) to protect the product from moisture penetration from the outside and / or to achieve increased packaging strength.

The use of such packaging can be very diverse: for food products (flour, sugar, cereals, food additives and mixtures, powdered milk, pasta), for agricultural products (plant seeds, mixed fodder, fertilizers, mulch), for building and finishing mixtures.

Depending on the product to be packed, materials and bag format are selected.
The top layer of paper can be white or brown. The inner layer is usually brown.

The bag is formed on an automated production line.

Be sure to additionally glue the bottom on the bags for reinforcement.
