Paper bags for building mixtures

Bags (packages) of two layers of paper are often used for packaging building mixtures. To isolate from moisture in the external environment, one of the layers is covered with a polymer film – laminated.
For the inner layer, brown kraft paper is usually taken, for the outer layer – white or brown kraft paper, depending on the content of the bag (package) and the category of the mixture.
For the packaging of a premium-class mixture (most often a finishing one), paper with a coated layer is often used, on which the applied pattern looks especially bright.
The design for such packaging is also chosen with a large number of bright saturated colors and graphic elements. Such packaging attracts the attention of the buyer, while respecting the general style, makes the trademark recognizable, raises the status of the manufacturer, works for the overall image of the enterprise, and helps to promote its other products.

We offer the production of bags with an open top for building mixtures to order, with the placement of an image and from materials of the customer’s choice.

Fully automated production allows you to make the highest quality and durable packages in the shortest possible time. Additional gluing of the bottom serves as an additional reinforcing element, which, moreover, prevents the product from spilling.

For the convenience of moving the package by the buyer, you can add handles to the package – paper or perforated.

Printing on paper is applied in a flexographic way. Drawing drawing to 6 paints, full color is possible.
